Job Description: As a Recruiter, your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional and manufacturing positions at MPS Hsinchu, TW office. You will be in close partnership with our hiring teams to ensure all staffing needs of the organization are effectively met, while providing great experience for our candidates. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline and help hire skilled employees for the positions you manage. This position will be on-site at our offices in Hsinchu, Taiwan Job Responsibilities: Responsible for full lifecycle of recruitment and hiring activities to include candidate sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment. Partner with hiring managers through entire recruitment process from req creation, intake calls, sourcing/ screening, interviewing, and closing on offers. Communicate effectively with candidates to maintain a positive relationship throughout the recruitment process. Conduct and or facilitate panel interviews as needed. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Develop and track goals/metrics for the recruiting and hiring process for the business you manage. Analyze recruiting data and metrics and generate ideas for process improvement. Employer Branding and engagement initiatives such as social media, job fairs, campus recruitment Lead and initiate various campus recruitment events, seminars to promote and represent MPS in the community. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
