We're searching for a dynamic, people centric Guest Services Manager to lead the creation of a brand new guest services operation within the stunning new Dublin city centre offices of one of the world's largest consultancy firms. This is a rare opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, designing the guest experience, building your own team, and setting the tone for a world class welcome. As Guest Services Manager, you'll be the driving force behind every detail of the guest journey. Your creativity, planning, and passion for hospitality will define the service ethos at this prestigious location. We'd love to hear from you! Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri Salary: €55,000 per annum. Essential Experience & Background Proven experience leading a large, high performing guest services or reception team within a corporate environment or a 5 star hotel Demonstrated ability to deliver premium, high end service standards in a fast paced, client focused setting Full understanding of the employee lifecycle, including: Recruitment and selection; Onboarding and induction; Training and development; Performance management and appraisals; HR processes and employee relations (with support from central teams) Strong operational awareness with the confidence to take ownership of the staff and visitor journey from start to finish Leadership & Communication An excellent communicator who can influence, motivate, and inspire at all levels A leadership style that naturally drives performance, lifts morale, and creates a culture where team members feel empowered and valued Ability to build strong, positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partner service providers Comfortable being a visible, hands on leader, present in the day to day operation Experience of change management will be highly advantageous Personal Qualities Vivacious, charismatic, and people focused, with a natural flair for creating memorable experiences Warm, personable, and confident when engaging with guests, clients, and colleagues Passionate about service excellence, with a genuine desire to elevate standards and innovate Equally comfortable shaping strategy as you are delivering a heartfelt welcome on the front line Driven, proactive, and energised by building something new and delivering it with pride Overall Fit This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high profile environment, loves leading from the front, and brings both vision and personality to their work.
