  • Perform bedside and triage registration for walk-in and ambulance-arriving patients, ensuring timely creation of visits.
  • Prioritize registrations based on acuity and chief complaint, coordinate timing with ED clinical staff.
  • Prepare charts, labels, and ID bands; obtain compliant signatures on required documents.
  • Work effectively during traumas, codes, and other emergency situations.

  • Route calls from internal and external customers using prioritization and critical thinking. Escalate urgent calls according to established protocols.
