We are looking for a German Speaking VIP Sportsbook expert who will be responsible for managing and improving the experience of VIPs. Duties and Responsibilities: Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues; Able to analyse customers' behavior and keep a personalized relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs; Monitor customers' performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting; Ensure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations; Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage; Hours must be worked during shift business hours.
