JOB SUMMARY The Hematology Supervisor provides day to day operational and technical leadership for the Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis sections of a high complexity hospital laboratory. This role ensures high quality, timely, and compliant testing by supervising staff, maintaining regulatory standards, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with laboratory leadership, pathologists, and clinical partners. The supervisor serves as a technical and professional resource for staff while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Time Type: Full Time (80 hours per pay period) Typical Hours Worked: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm Education: - Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related laboratory discipline- required License/Certification - ASCP or equivalent national certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist- required
