Event & Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Event & Retail Marketing team
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members
• Conduct field coaching, roleplays, and ongoing development
• Manage staffing, schedules, and event operations
• Track performance, lead quality, and appointment results
• Support team members in the field Wednesday through Sunday

Requirements

• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Home improvement industry experience preferred
• Experience in field marketing, retail marketing, lead generation, promotions, or canvassing preferred
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to travel throughout Michigan and work weekends as needed

Event & Retail Sales Manager Full-Time Leadership Role | Grand Rapids, MI + Michigan Travel | Relocation Assistance Available BathWorks of Michigan, one of the fastest-growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealers in the country, is looking for a leader to grow and develop our Event & Retail Marketing team. This role is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and supporting team members who generate appointments through Costco roadshows, retail partnerships, home shows, expos, and community events across Michigan. This is a hands-on leadership role with regular field support, team development, and performance coaching.
