About the role

Manage end-to-end parent engagement from enquiry to enrolment across inbound and outbound channels Develop strong relationships with prospective families and provide tailored guidance based on their needs Conduct professional centre tours, presenting curriculum, teaching philosophy, and child development outcomes Support conversion of enquiries into enrolments through structured follow-up and engagement Handle parent queries with professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented communication Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience throughout the parent journey Maintain accurate tracking of leads, engagement activities, and enrolment progress Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and brand representation Contribute to achieving enrolment objectives through consistent performance and continuous improvement We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
