Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to perform high-impact research in the field of protein engineering for a recently granted research project. The prospective researcher will work with an interdisciplinary team in the Biocatalysis lab to develop new enzymes by AI-guided directed evolution for highly active and enantioselective chemical reactions to produce high-value chemicals for pharmaceutical application. Job Requirements - Ph.D degree in protein engineering. - Extensive knowledge and working experience in directed enzyme evolution, enzyme purification and characterization, biochemistry, biotransformation, enzyme structure/model-based function analysis and prediction, etc. - Good publication records. - Self-motivated and strong problem-solving, writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
