Accounts Payable Specialist - Rock Dental Brands

Responsibilities

• Process PO and non-PO invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
• Research rejected invoices as determined by the AP software
• Reconciling vendor statements and identifying next steps
• Onboard vendors related to new acquisitions and transitioning vendor and/or vendor payment methods as appropriate
• Reconcile accounts payable GL account
• Proactively address internal customer and external vendor inquiries regarding payment status
• Identify and assist in the implementation of AP process improvements

Requirements

• 2 years proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• College degree is preferred
• This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
