Intern, IT Application Backend

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining system documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and process flows.
• Support the team in managing incident and service request tickets (logging, tracking, and follow-ups).
• Perform basic troubleshooting and initial analysis for reported issues.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Assist in SIT and UAT related to Branch Teller System and mobile application.
• Support daily BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities and administrative tasks.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of all assigned tickets.
• Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Java, .NET, MySQL, MS SQL
