Join our multidisciplinary team providing strategic environmental advice, design optimisation, impact assessment and management planning to secure approvals for the NQ region's critical infrastructure projects. In this role, you will lend your strengths to technical excellence in project delivery, proactive client engagement and work winning, collaboration and mentoring supporting positive team culture and high performing work environment across regional offices. How you'll make a difference Environment lead for high profile projects to secure State and Commonwealth approvals in collaboration with clients and cross-business line teams Manage the delivery of complex Environmental Impact Assessment and approvals for major projects, including coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams, environmental impact assessment and approval processes (EIS, MID, EPBC) Proven technical leadership and confidence managing multidisciplinary technical teams to identify risks, solve problems, communicate change through planning, design and approval processes. Provide technical advice and strategic planning for impact assessment and approvals across a diverse range of projects and environmental services Manage resources, delegating activities, monitoring and managing project budgets (with support as required) Leading business development activities, including proposals The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
