Responsibilities
- Build & Prepare Exhibit Structures
- Stage, install, and dismantle exhibits and related components
- Assemble and construct exhibit structures according to specifications
- Prepare all required materials and components for internal and onsite execution

- Quality & Execution
- Review staged projects to ensure accuracy and quality completion

- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors on inventory, cleaning, repairs, and assembly tasks
- Maintain organized tracking of exhibit components and materials
- Follow established time tracking and production reporting processes
- Safety & Equipment Operation
- Operate forklifts and aerial lifts (including scissor lifts) safely and effectively
- Comply with all company, venue, and federal health and safety regulations
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
- Problem Solving & Support
- Identify and resolve project-related issues as they arise
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of related experience in staging, fabrication, production, or a similar hands-on environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Experience with exhibit, event, or fabrication builds strongly preferred
- Forklift and aerial lift (scissor lift) operation experience preferred or required depending on site
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
