Job Summary IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED AN ORLANDO POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICE OFFICER APPLICATION WITHIN THE PAST SIX MONTHS OR YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION AND ARE STILL ACTIVE IN THE POLICE OFFICER APPLICATION PROCESS, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY. Effective October 1, 2026 Salary: $69,932 (plus incentives: $71,777)--$--$116,929 annually Newly hired Police Officers who have two (2) or more years of relevant experience may be placed in Grade 2 of the Police Officer Pay Plan with a yearly salary of $74,559 (plus incentives: $ 76,404 ).
