WHY WE NEED YOU? Scaleway is accelerating its ambitions in AI and Machine Learning, and our growth is driving us to strengthen our Product team to build a robust and scalable MLOps offering integrated within the broader Scaleway ecosystem. Your mission will be to act as a Product Manager in charge of defining and launching Scaleway's MLOps product line, starting with a managed MLflow offering. You will help shape the product vision, accelerate delivery, validate customer needs, and contribute to positioning Scaleway as a key European cloud player for Machine Learning infrastructure and workflows. YOUR FUTURE TEAM We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will join a newly created team focused on MLOps and AI platform services. Initially, you will work closely with 4 engineers from Deviqon who are already ready to kickstart the project, with the ambition to progressively internalize and grow the team over time. You will collaborate directly and daily with engineering teams, while also interacting with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure rapid delivery and strong product adoption. Manager information: Fredéric Bardolle YOUR DAILY ROUTINE Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Scaleway's MLOps offering Launch new MLOps products rapidly, starting with a managed MLflow solution Act as the "Voice of the Customer" during discovery and validation phases with data scientists and ML engineers Work closely with engineering teams to ensure fast and iterative product delivery Validate customer use cases and prioritize features based on impact and adoption Ensure strong integration between MLOps products and the broader Scaleway ecosystem Balance strategic product vision with hands-on operational execution Contribute to Scaleway's AI and cloud strategy through customer-centric product development Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align roadmap and delivery priorities ABOUT YOU HARDSKILLS: 2 to 5 years of experience working on technical products or platformsExperience working on Machine Learning, Data Platform, or MLOps-related productsStrong understanding of Machine Learning production environments and workflowsExperience collaborating closely with technical teams such as engineers, data scientists, or ML engineersFamiliarity with technologies such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks, or Jupyter Notebook is a strong plusBackground as a Data Engineer or Data Scientist transitioning into Product Management is highly appreciatedKnowledge of production ML systems, deep learning, neural networks, and MLOps ecosystems SOFT SKILLS: Prioritization: Ability to focus on high-impact initiatives in fast-moving environmentsCollaboration: Strong ability to work efficiently with highly technical teamsBusiness Acumen: Ability to connect customer needs, business impact, and product decisionsExecution mindset: Comfortable shipping products quickly and iterating based on feedbackTech Curiosity: Strong interest in AI, Machine Learning, cloud infrastructure, and developer tools WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY ++++ - Hybrid work: We offer up to 3 days of remote work per week.- Offices: Our offices are spacious, dynamic workspaces with bold design, conveniently located near public transport.
