- Inventory & Stock Management:
- Oversee the beverage inventory, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and control of products.
- Manage stock levels to minimize waste and ensure consistent availability of beverages, particularly high-demand items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and place timely orders based on usage trends and budget forecasts.
- Cost Control & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to control beverage costs while maintaining product quality and guest satisfaction.

- Guest Experience & Satisfaction:
- Ensure that all beverage service meets or exceeds the standards of quality, service, and presentation.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with guests, obtaining feedback on beverage offerings and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations, including safe alcohol service practices.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to hygiene and safety procedures across all beverage areas.
- Conduct regular training with staff on safety practices, including alcohol service laws, fire safety, and safe handling of equipment.
- Staff Scheduling & Budgeting:
- Develop staff schedules for beverage outlets, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and minimizing labor costs during slower periods.
- Work with senior management to develop and manage the beverage department's budget, ensuring that all costs are in line with financial goals.
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust as necessary based on business needs and guest demand.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on beverage sales, inventory levels, team performance, and guest feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all beverage-related transactions, including orders, receipts, and financial documentation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team, kitchen staff, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop beverage-related promotions, themed nights, and special events that enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Promotions & Events:
- Organize and manage beverage-focused promotions, events, and seasonal offerings to attract guests and drive sales.
