- Hands-on experience with state DOT's including DDOT, VDOT, MDOT, and/or local municipality projects
- Strong communicator - equally comfortable in a client meeting and a design review
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Requirements
- Experience with OpenRoads, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and/or Synchro
- Advanced degree or additional certifications in Civil Engineering or related field
