Event Runner

Responsibilities

• You will ensure all of our events are delivered to an exceptional standard:
• Deliver 5* customer service with a smile
• Responsible for the set up, support the delivery and clearing for part of the events with the rest of the Operations Team
• Guide guests around the building as required
• Floor plan adjustments - set up tables and chairs
• Load in/load out events equipment: Florists, hire, linen, client merchandise (control of lift)
• Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation
• Weekly dry store and breakages check lists
• Maître D' when 4 or more events are on at lunch or dinner
• Maintaining of cleanliness in satellite kitchens and event spaces to SOP standards
• Provide support and help complete paperwork in the events office

The job in a nutshell The Events & Experiences (E&E) department is responsible for selling, managing and operating a successful service delivery of all social, corporate, ticketed and wine education events that take place within the Berry Bros. & Rudd portfolio. You will provide support to the Events Operations Team throughout peak event hours. The role is available on a part-time, 3-day week basis dependant on the events with work rota-ed a week in advance. (24 hour week). Who you will work with Internal: Brands, Cellars, Events & Experiences, Family Board, Fine Wine, London Shop, Marketing External: BBR Customers
