- Operational Excellence & Escalation Ownership
- Serve as highest-level escalation point for critical or complex collaboration issues with broad business impact.
- Guide problem management practices, including root-cause analysis and long-term platform resiliency improvements.
- Lead knowledge transfer, capability uplift, and mentoring across engineering and operations teams.
- Innovation, Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Lead the development of enterprise automation capabilities (PowerShell, Graph API, workflow orchestration) to reduce operational overhead and improve service reliability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and Microsoft 365 advancements-including AI and Copilot scenarios-and recommend strategic adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lean and agile principles, elevating user experience and platform efficiency.

- Exchange Online / Outlook
- Microsoft 365 Apps (Office, Loop, OneNote, Forms)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related IT technical field (Master's or advanced certifications preferred).
- 7+ years of deep technical experience engineering and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystems.
- Expertise in Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and cloud-based architecture patterns.
- Advanced Technical Competencies
- Expert-level understanding of M365 architecture, governance, integration, and operational engineering.
- Strong proficiency with automation (PowerShell, Graph API, workflow orchestration).
