The Challenge We are hiring a DevOps Engineer who will collaborate between our Engineering and Cloud Ops teams. DevOps Engineers build out the automated infrastructure and tooling for development, testing and production environments. DevOps Engineers contribute to productizing new software by developing installation, deployment and maintenance scripts. Your Mission Develop and maintain an understanding of the software development and deployment pipeline, including initial architecture, development, CI workflows, and production deployment Design, build, and maintain automation for cloud‑based product deployments and auto‑scaling with zero downtime and easy rollback Support application infrastructure to ensure the OneTrust platform is optimized for performance and reliability Build and maintain supporting infrastructure for cloud environments using an infrastructure‑as‑code methodology Perform and automate system administration services including installation, configuration, maintenance, and disaster recovery Identify emergent issues indicating scalability and reliability problems and work with development and operations teams to drive solutions Identify system‑level issues related to OS configuration and virtual hardware bottlenecks Manage incident response protocols and provide hands‑on direction during service interruptions, including RCA and SLA maintenance Build automation, auditing, and tooling for security, compliance, and resource usage while monitoring and improving deployment processes Mentor other engineers to deliver and maintain quality standards You Are Highly organized and meticulous with excellent process management skills Self‑motivated and technically curious, able to leverage self‑directed time and manage multiple priorities Able to function effectively in a rapidly changing environment Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas and project direction Passionate about high‑quality work with strong attention to detail Your Experience Includes Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or business field 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Systems Engineer, or DevOps Engineer Experience with infrastructure automation using Docker, Chef, Terraform, or equivalent Strong knowledge of distributed systems and web services design, implementation, and operations Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or similar Working knowledge of coding and scripting in Java, Python, Perl, and/or Ruby Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, or Kanban Ability to work with open‑source technologies and cloud platforms including Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS Knowledge of distributed log/event collection and event‑based automation (Elastic Stack or similar) Extra Awesome Experience setting up and scaling message brokers like Kafka or equivalent Experience setting up and scaling NoSQL document databases such as MongoDB or equivalent Experience with Kubernetes management platforms such as AKS, EKS, GKE, or equivalent Where we Work We are embracing an office-first culture, encouraging three days a week in office for most roles, with meaningful opportunities to collaborate and celebrate in person.
