Job Description Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives aligned with retail banking objectives Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships across lifestyle, health, and digital platforms Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle from strategy to implementation and optimisation Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, technology, and risk teams Monitor partnership performance, driving KPIs, revenue growth, and ROI improvements Ensure governance, compliance, and regulatory standards are met across all partnerships The Successful Applicant Atleast 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related roles Understanding of retail banking products and financial services landscape Track record in B2B relationship management What's on Offer This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team within a globally respected financial institution.
