Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance trainee to support our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal functioning of plant machinery and equipment. This role offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities** * Assist senior maintenance technicians with routine preventive maintenance tasks on various production equipment. * Support the diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions. * Participate in the repair and replacement of faulty components, under direct supervision. * Help maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. * Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during maintenance activities. * Assist with inventory management of spare parts and tools. * Learn to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. * Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Job Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a technical degree or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. * Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical principles. * Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. * Ability to lift and move objects as required by the job. * Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
