We would like to invite applications from experienced Dragline Operators to join our Dawson Operation in Moura, QLD on a full-time permanent basis. The Dawson operation is a large open-cut coal mining operation showing no signs of slowing down! You will work as part of a team operating our BE1370 & Marion 8200 Draglines to produce Steelmaking Coal whilst demonstrating safe working behaviours and practices to achieve set targets. To be successful for this position, you will ideally hold: Be an experienced dragline operator with Dozer skills. Demonstrated knowledge in dragline set up, operations and dig methods. Provide proof of your operating experience. Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Be a team player with a safety first mindset. Drive optimization and continuous performance improvement.
