Sr Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project & Process Management
• Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality standards, and budgets are met.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce project management processes, workflows, and operational best practices.
• Proactively manage project plans, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
• Drive operational excellence by creating structure, visibility, and accountability across all project workstreams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Organize and manage workflows across multiple disciplines, including Strategy, Creative, Media, Data, Technology, and Operations.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on objectives, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Organization & Governance
• Lead project status meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document key decisions, capture action items, and distribute meeting notes and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, trackers, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks before they impact delivery.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate proactively and effectively, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned at all stages of execution.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Track project performance and operational KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, collaboration models, and project delivery efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of scalable workflows and project management standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Producer, Digital Production, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and cross-functional teams.
• Organizational & Process-Oriented Mindset
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to create structure and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced to fluent English is required, as the role involves daily interaction with international clients and global teams.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Proven ability to coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities and build alignment across teams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive projects forward effectively.
• Digital Knowledge
• Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including social media, display media, and digital product development.
• Important Notes
• Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory due to regular interaction with international clients and stakeholders.
