MANDATORY TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Demonstrated knowledge and experience planning, managing, evaluating, and overseeing; high-profile, multi-million dollar real estate design and construction projects, ensuring they remain within scope and on budget. Experience must include managing or overseeing a geographically dispersed portfolio with responsibilty for continually improving design and construction services across portfolio. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading, developing, planning, and facilitating a program office, sufficient enough to manage resources, customer satisfaction, and program improvement. Demonstrated experience working with executive level colleagues, employees, customers, and other stakeholders, to identify, develop, and implement solutions, resolve conflict, and other issues related to the acquisition of construction services that have broad, strategic level impacts.n EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): 1. Commitment to the Rule of Law and the Principles of the American Founding - This core qualification requires a demonstrated knowledge of the American system of government, commitment to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law, and commitment to serve the American people. 2. Achieving Results- This core qualification involves the demonstrated ability to achieve both individual and organizational results, and to align results to stated goals from superiors.
