Retail Assistant (Premium Bathroom Products)

Responsibilities

• ➜ Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product consultation
• ➜ Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable premium bathroom solutions
• ➜ Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
• ➜ Explain product features, benefits, and design options clearly
• ➜ Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations
• ➜ Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• ➜ Maintain showroom presentation and product displays

Requirements

• ➜ Prior B2C sales experience is required
• ➜ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• ➜ Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional personality
• ➜ Comfortable working in a showroom retail environment
• ➜ Sales-driven with strong service mindset
