Cnc Turn Machinist

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven work experiences, in programming and operating CNC Turn machines.
• Knowledge of CNC Turn machine operations, tooling and using precision measurement tools.
• Computer savvy with familiarity in programming and interpreting CNC Turn software.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
• Possess strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Hands-on experience as CNC Turn Machinist.

Additional Information

Roles & Responsibility : You will be responsible for the CNC Turn programming, set-up, operations, machining of precision components, maintenance and inspection of CNC Turn machine, tools, materials and finished products, including the following job responsibilities: - CNC Turn Programming (Mastercam, Fanuc & Madza), CNC Turn setting and machining of precision components. - Perform routine maintenance of all precision computer equipment by running tests, replacing worn or broken parts and keeping inventory of CNC machines parts and supplies. - Verify CNC Turn machine settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpiece to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Modify CNC Turn machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured metal parts. - Set up components such as tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches, etc. - Program CNC Turn machines by entering instructions, including zero and reference points. - Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. - Perform inspections of equipment, structures, material and products. - Document actions by completing production and quality logs. - Any other adhoc duties assigned by your supervisor or Management.
