Responsibilities

  • As a Data Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Creating and driving the project schedule, tracks the status of project activities and ensures that schedules and priorities are being met.
  • Supporting the capacity planning and allocation of resources to projects.

  • Preparing and present project management documents (project charter, project plan, executive summaries, work-back schedules, action items, change management logs,) as needed.
  • Centralizing and organizing all relevant documentation related to the project (slide deck, specifications, charts, and meeting minutes).
  • Interacting with Global Data Program Manager and the Data PM Community to scale projects.

  • Master's degree in Business Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or Project Management-
  • +5 years working in large data project in a major organization.
  • Experience in leading and managing data analytics projects ans data topics (compliance, skills, technologies).
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies
  • Working Knowledge of various system development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Skilled in Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or Azure

Reporting to the Data Spoke Manager and located in Belgium, the Data Project Manager is a key member of the spoke. He/she will guarantee the best practices of Project Management in data projects, and act as facilitator to communicate and connect people from BRS (local, region and global).
