Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to improve lead lifecycle visibility and conversion tracking .
  • Translate data insights into recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Process Optimization
  • Continuously improve marketing operations workflows and documentation .
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency across the marketing team.
  • AI & Process Innovation
  • Explore and implement AI-driven tools to improve marketing efficiency, campaign optimization, and workflow automation.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can enhance lead qualification, segmentation, reporting, and campaign personalization .
  • Work with the marketing team to integrate AI-assisted workflows within the marketing tech stack .
  • About You

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or systems support
  • Skilled in Excel, Airtable, Notion, Microsoft 365, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing timelines, documentation, and structured data
  • Bonus: Experience using HubSpot
