- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial reporting processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement effective solutions
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPI) preferred.
