Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with key stakeholders to influence feeder process discipline critical for performance delivery and to deepen business understanding
- Ensure effective tracking of KPI for both processes and ensure right intervention
- Continuously looks for opportunities to make the process efficient and effective
- Effectively develop staff by having frequent development conversations and finding ways to close development gaps

Additionally, a key aspect of the role will be to manage and develop a maturing organization. This will include staff and position planning and further work on building business and process knowledge to underpin the ongoing operations. In addition, there are numerous new business opportunities / entities that are being set up and FO TS support to these new businesses is seen as a critical piece.
