Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the global strategy for the compliance policy ecosystem, including governance structures, lifecycle management, and periodic review processes. Partner with cross functional teams to ensure a cohesive, user friendly, and fully integrated global policy framework.

- What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and previous related experience in legal, internal audit, finance, and/or health care compliance, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

- Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field and previous related experience in legal, internal audit, finance, and/or health care compliance, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
- Juris Doctor and previous related experience in legal, internal audit, finance, and/or health care compliance
- US State Bar Admission
- Experience working in Healthcare Compliance in a large Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biotech company.
- Experience providing guidance on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
- Experience with third party management.
- Expert knowledge of global compliance laws, regulations, and requirements, including but not limited to anti-corruption, competition, healthcare compliance, public procurement, and export control.
- Proven successful leadership and influence on compliance strategy, and experience successfully launching global or regional programs, training and/or communications
- Expert understanding of compliance procedures with extensive and detailed knowledge of company allowing for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas
- Expert knowledge of structuring global compliance programs consistent with DOJ expectations.
