Pharmacy Liaison - Bilingual Spanish Clinic Setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch patient support , managing each patient's journey from onboarding through refills
• Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules
• Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
• Monitor and promote medication adherence
• Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies

Requirements

• Required Qualifications
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of employment
• 2-5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT certification (highly valued)
• 5-8 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Core Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and extract key information efficiently
