Duties & Responsibilities - Review Contract Docuements - Make MTO, BOQ - Study drawings, specifications - Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim - Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors - (For Electrical Engineer) Knowledge in Power Distribution System, Lighting System, Earth & Lightening System, PV System, UPS/EPS, Telephone distribution. - Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant - Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation - Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs. - Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems. - Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others. - Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
