POSITION OVERVIEW A rapidly expanding, entrepreneurial technology company, Building36 Technologies, is seeking ambitious, self-directed individuals to join our sales team. The Regional Account Manager is a sales role, responsible for driving revenue through an assigned set of accounts and managing current and prospective dealer relationships to ensure their success with Building36 products. This position requires at least 40% travel across a regional account base. The ideal candidate is based in Nashville, TN, well versed in technology, has a keen problem-solving sense, and the desire to work in sales. Responsibilities

  • The Regional Account Manager's primary job responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and developing a set of assigned corporate accounts to increase productivity and sales of Building36 products
  • Developing relationships with key individuals inside account base and investigating and resolving obstacles to dealer success
  • Responding to inbound phone call and email inquiries from assigned accounts
  • Executing on individual sales campaigns and delivering webinar/on-site product trainings
  • Fostering positive and productive relationships with Building36 dealers and communicating information to management that is vital to successful relationships
  • Attending industry association meetings and trade shows as necessary
  • Interfacing with various departments within the organization including Sales Operations, Product Management, and Marketing
  • Staying up to date with new Building36 product release features to properly respond to partner inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role is preferred
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter with ability to deliver results
  • Successful history of account management, business development, and/or client training
  • The ability to communicate and present well to customers, vendors, and executives both written and verbal, in a clear, professional manner
  • Passion for consumer technology and interest in developing a deep technical understanding of Building36 and partner products
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a small, fast-paced environment
  • Strong people skills; natural customer service orientation and disposition - candidate must enjoy working with clients and supporting internal customers in the organization
  • The ability and commitment to meet deadlines, even during high volume periods
  • Flexible and positive attitude that fosters team spirit
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, WebExec, and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to travel up to 60% of the time
