- Provide technical leadership and ensure excellence in delivery.
- Develop client relationships and grow the pipeline
- Drive cross‑selling with other ERM teams: M&A, Climate, ESG, Pollution Prevention...
- Contribute to thought leadership and represent ERM externally.
- What you can bring
- 5-8+ years of experience in biodiversity, nature positive strategy, net gain and ecological impact assessment, or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of TNFD, SBTN, biodiversity credits, and nature‑related regulations.
- Proven commercial drive and experience with industrial or financial clients.
- Ability to manage complex assignments and mentor junior staff.
- Fluency in French and professional English.
