Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipment and perform good receipt into ERP system timely;
• Perform pick and pack for outgoing shipments;
• Perform monthly physical stock take;
• Generate and update stock reports;
• Compliance to company SOP and maintain storage area as organized and safe ;
• Liaise with different stake holders (internal / external) pertaining to stock received/releasing into/from store;
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• The incumbent need to perform some physical tasks like carrying heavy goods

Requirements

• Secondary education/ N-Level
• Relevant warehouse/store experience
• Physically fit to lift load of 15kg ~ 25kg
• Basic computer literacy
• Preferred Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Responsible and ability to work independently
• Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate
