Our client is a a German Global MNC with an expertise in specialty glass, glass-ceramics, and electronic components. Due to business needs, they are looking to recruit a HR Generalist (Payroll) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North (Admiralty). The HR Generalist (Payroll) will be responsible for: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee the employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, tax submissions, employee benefits, and reimbursement claims. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and company HR policies while maintaining accurate HR documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture. Coordinate training and development programmes to support employees' professional growth. Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and generating HR reports as required. Participate in HR projects and support process improvement initiatives as assigned.
