- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 15+ years of experience in power supply or related power electronics design
- 3-5 years of engineering management experience
- In-depth knowledge of power conversion principles, control theory, and topologies.
- Deep experience in mixed-signal power electronics design, simulation, and testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with magnetics design, including custom transformers and inductors.
- Experience designing EMC/EMI filters to meet regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to high voltage is a plus.
- Proficiency in modeling, simulation, and laboratory validation of power electronics designs.
- Strong project management and supervisory capabilities.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with strategic leadership.
- Solid understanding of business drivers, product cost structures, and development tradeoffs.

The Senior Electrical Engineering Manager is part of the Engineering Solutions Group at XP Power Philippines and is responsible for both technical leadership and people leadership in the development of custom power delivery solutions. These solutions include DC/DC, AC/DC, low- and high-power, and low- and high- voltage power supplies. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with engineering management, leading a team of electrical engineers through the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through qualification and volume production, while meeting customer, quality, cost, schedule, and reliability objectives.
