About the role
As our Quality Care Advisor , you will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical excellence, safety, and compliance across a portfolio of residential aged care homes. Working in partnership with operational and clinical leaders, you'll provide expert advice, coaching, and escalation support, helping services deliver safe, person-centred, and evidence-based care. This is a highly collaborative role focused on strengthening clinical governance, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement, while remaining independent of direct care delivery.
