- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in financial and compliance systems development, implementation, and operations within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with both business customers and technical team members.
- Deliverables-focused and detail-oriented, with strong organizational discipline.
- Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong customer focus with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
