Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and people management practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
