Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building : Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire hiring process from job description creation and job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define requirements, and provide guidance on market trends.
  • Candidate Experience & Branding : Act as a company ambassador to promote the employer brand and ensure a high-quality, positive, and equitable candidate experience.
  • Data-Driven Reporting : Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to improve efficiency.
  • Compliance & Diversity : Ensure compliance with employment laws and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring practices
