Cluster Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage & Culinary

About the role

Lead and inspire our Food & Beverage and Culinary teams of Novotel and ibis Styles Manila Araneta City to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences Drive revenue growth through strategic management of restaurants, bars, banquets and other outlets Ensure high standards of quality, safety and hygiene across all Food and Beverage & Culinary operations Collaborate with the culinary teams to create innovative menus and promote culinary excellence Manage budgets, analyze financial reports and implement initiatives to optimize profitability Foster a positive, motivated and guest focused work environment Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred With at least 8-10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury or upscale hotels With previous experience in the same capacity or Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage With knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet management, culinary operations and beverage programs Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hospitality regulations Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels worldwide Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world Ability to contribute to local community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities
