Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the privacy program, including policy implementation, training, and awareness initiatives
- Conduct and assist with privacy impact assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and data mapping activities
- Help maintain and update records of processing activities (ROPA) and data inventories
- Review and triage data subject rights requests (e.g., access, deletion, correction) in compliance with global regulations

- Track and report on privacy program metrics and compliance activities
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, public policy, information systems, or health sciences)
- 2-5 years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or a related field
- Familiarity with major privacy frameworks and laws (HIPAA, GDPR, APPI, CCPA)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred:
- Juris Doctorate from a nationally accredited law school
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or biotech
- Familiarity with clinical data, real-world evidence, or genomic data privacy considerations
- Experience with program management and/or privacy tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT)
