Overview of the role: Saputo is seeking a Network Architect who is hands-on technical leader responsible for the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise network, cloud, and SaaS connectivity solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise with delivery ownership, ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing services across on-premises, cloud, and third-party environments. Working closely with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors, the role ensures solutions are both architecturally sound and operationally effective. How you will make contributions that matter: Architecture & Engineering Design and implement enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud Develop high-level and low-level designs aligned to standards and business needs Participate directly in configuration, deployment, and validation activities Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and supportable Cloud & SaaS Integration Design and optimize connectivity to cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Integrate SaaS platforms into the enterprise environment Implement identity-driven access models (SSO, Conditional Access, Zero Trust) Troubleshoot performance across network, cloud, and SaaS layers Network Security Implement firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and segmentation controls Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance requirements Remediate vulnerabilities through hands-on configuration changes Managed Services & Third-Party Management Provide technical direction and oversight to managed service providers Review and validate third-party designs and configurations Act as escalation point for complex incidents involving suppliers Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and service quality Operational Support Provide 3rd line support for critical network issues Perform deep technical troubleshooting across complex environments Lead root cause analysis and preventative improvements Optimize performance, resilience, and cost Project Delivery Support end-to-end delivery of network projects Participate in design workshops and implementation Ensure compliance with architectural standards Continuous Improvement Maintain architecture standards and design patterns Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize services Drive automation and efficiency You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: Strong hands-on networking expertise (routing, switching, SD-WAN) Advanced firewall and security configuration knowledge Cloud networking capability (Azure preferred) SaaS integration experience Deep troubleshooting capability across hybrid environments Strong stakeholder engagement and communication Extensive experience in network engineering and architecture roles Shown ability of designing and implementing enterprise solutions Strong involvement working with managed service providers Gained exposure and experience in multi-site or global environments Qualifications / Certifications: CCNP / CCIE (or equivalent), Azure Network Engineer or similar, TOGAF (desirable), ITIL awareness (desirable) As part of his duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America We support and take care of our employees and their families by offering : Generous and complete benefit coverage with group insurance Group retirement plan with employer contribution Telemedicine and assistance program for employees and their families Employee Share Ownership Plan with an employer match Paid Parental Leave program Paid time off: Sick days, floater days and volunteer day off Opportunity to contribute to a collective RRSP & TFSA Training and development programs Saputo Flex Program, flexible work environment (schedule/location/time off) according to department needs Organized activities for employees and their families Advantageous discounts on Saputo products Salary: $117,560 to $154,300 *Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training. ________________________________________________________________________________________ STATEMENT ON AI All applications are carefully considered by our Talent Acquisition team.
