Theatre Practitioner - Scrub (RN/ODP)

About the role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of surgical specialities. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will: Support the delivery of safe and efficient theatre care Prepare and manage equipment and consumables Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams Deliver an excellent patient experience through strong communication and professionalism Duchy Hospital delivers outstanding independent healthcare to patients across Cornwall and beyond, with services including orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, gynaecology, plastics and ophthalmology , alongside a busy outpatient department, physiotherapy service and cardiac facilities. Requirements

• NMC or HCPC registration
• Proven experience as a Scrub Practitioner
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Desirable:
• Surgical First Assistant qualification
• Advanced Surgical Practitioner qualification
