Position Overview: You will own a hybrid mandate: (primary) driving Go-To-Market and Monetization on one side (pricing, packaging, premium feature adoption, monetization experiments) and (secondary) keeping the marketplace healthy on one side (supply-demand balance, seller success, ecosystem KPIs). You will work side-by-side with Product, Commercial, Growth, Data and Finance. Resposibilities: Own monetization performance across marketplace verticals - including pricing, premium offerings, and new revenue models - with a focus on balancing revenue growth and seller success Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Growth teams to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and turn insights into scalable business initiatives Build deep seller segmentation frameworks (dealers, power sellers, new sellers, churn-risk sellers, business owners, etc.) and translate them into actionable strategies for Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams Drive data-informed product discovery: define problems, design and evaluate experiments/A/B tests, analyse results, and influence roadmap decisions with evidence Monitor and improve marketplace health by tracking supply-demand balance, listing quality, buyer-seller matching, seller retention, and category performance Identify early signals of stagnation, churn, or declining engagement before they impact revenue - and proactively recommend solutions Combine quantitative analysis with qualitative insights through seller interviews, field observations, and close collaboration with Commercial teams Build scalable reporting and decision-making systems using SQL, BigQuery, dashboards, automation, and AI tools to shorten the path from question to insight Deliver clear and actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance narratives to leadership - not just dashboards or raw numbers Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Performance, Growth, Strategy, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision Hands-on proficiency in SQL and BigQuery, Excel/Google Sheets skills. Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics, including cohort retention, supply-demand balance, seller lifecycle, take-rate mechanics, and category health metrics Experience working on monetization, pricing, growth, experimentation, or business performance initiatives is highly preferred Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Growth, and Marketing teams, and influencing decisions through data and business judgment User-focused and commercially minded - able to connect data insights with real seller behaviour and business impact AI-forward working style, with practical experience using AI tools, automation, dashboards, or scalable reporting workflows to improve productivity and speed of execution Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and working proficiency in English
