Job Summary: Job Description: PayPal, Inc. seeks Sr Cybersecurity Engineer in Scottsdale, Arizona Job Duties: Monitor HSM health and performance. Manage HSM access controls and user permissions. Applying firmware updates and security patches. Perform key backups and recovery operations. Troubleshoot HSM issues. Issue and revoke certificates. Monitor CA health and performance. Manage CA configurations and policies. Respond to certificate requests. Develop and maintain scripts for automating certificate lifecycle processes (issuance, renewal, revocation). Integrate CLM tools with other systems. Monitor and troubleshooting automation workflows. Investigate and respond to security incidents related to certificates and HSMs. Work with other teams to integrate certificate services. Document processes and procedures. Participate in security audits. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related discipline plus six years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related discipline plus ten years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Special Skill Requirements: 1. Manage Certificate Authorities (CA) (6 years) 2. Integration of CA with HSM (6 years) 3. Certificate Life Cycle Management (6 years) 4. Manage CA on cloud environments (6 years) 5. DNS management and configuration (5 years) 6. The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is: Primary Location | Pay Range: Scottsdale, Arizona | Salary: $153,358.00-210,500 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
