This is an exciting lead generation opportunity for individuals interested in developing their sales career within a leading financial services software organization. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The duties of the Senior Sales Development Representative will include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage and qualify new and existing leads through inbound and outbound channels. Maintain active engagement with leads to increase customer interest in our offerings and value propositions through creative, consultative communications (cold calls, email, and social channels) Collaborate closely with account executives to not only qualify leads, but also to ensure we're engaging with the right leads in the right accounts. Use tools and technologies to improve process efficiency, maintain sales forecast data and regularly reviewing and updating the sales reporting system (CRM) Keep up to date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services. Participate in training programs as directed by the manager. Own and manage lead generation targets, forecasts, and performance via weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reporting. Adherence to and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), achievement of allocated target. Consistently strive to achieve and surpass allocated targets by implementing effective strategies and maintaining a high level of productivity.
