Bicycle mechanic and store lead

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and service tasks following our bicycle service packages for folding and road bikes
• Assemble and build new bicycles accurately and efficiently
• Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues to carry out maintenance and repairs on bicycles
• Listen to customers to identify problems, develop solutions, perform repairs, replace parts, and provide accurate service quotes
• Use a PC to operate the Point of Sales system for transactions and record-keeping
• Required competencies and certifications
• Minimum 2 years of bicycle servicing experience demonstrating mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work reliably and punctually as a responsible team member
• Positive, customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to serve and assist others
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
